Customizing your receipts is easy, and a good way to provide information about your business to clients. Add a logo, store hours, a note or other information to customize your receipts. You can view and customize your settings whenever you'd like.
- Log into the Merchant Portal.
- From the left-nav, select Settings and then select Payments.
- From the top-nav, select Receipts.
- Customize any of the following areas of your store receipt:
- Add a footer to your receipt
- Upload custom logo for digital receipts
- Choose whether to display only city and state for the address
- Add store information and social media links
- Select receipt options to display to customer
- Preview printed receipt based on customization
- When you've finished customizing your receipt, select Save.
